Alabama Mediations $150 or $250 or $325 per hour or pro bono for court appointed mediations and co-mediations depending on the specific circumstances of each case. $325 or $375 per hour for mediations consisting of 3 or more parties, arbitration and collaborative law services. Complex Litigation and Mediations Outside of
Alabama Mediation encompasses intake, pre-mediation conferences, review of position statements and other case related information, travel, management of the mediation session, post-mediation caucuses, reports to court and correspondence. Mediation fees are to be divided equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed or ordered by the Court. Effective June 1, 2004 |
